I therefore, the prisoner in the Lord, beseech you that you walk worthy of the calling with which you are called, with all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering, forbearing one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, even as you are called in one hope of your calling, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all and through all and in you all.

A Song of degrees; of David. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity! Over a long time God directed us to understand that we must get together in unity.
I can remember the day when I sat before God and explained to Him that I would do the job He asigned to me, but I explained to Him that it was too fearsome to expect others to do it with me. I pledged myself to Him and declared my willingness to do it by myself.
Suddenly in truth and by the Spirit God gave the instruction: "This will be a body!"
It will be a body, because no single person will be able to take the glory. The glory belongs to God. It will be a body, because the bride of Christ must come together.
There are three values or integrity indicators that we have to keep us disciplined: LOVE, UNITY, SACRIFICE
