And Jehovah will create over all the site of mount Zion, and on her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shine of a flaming fire by night; for on all the glory shall be a defense. And there shall be a booth for a shade by day from the heat, and for a refuge, and for a hiding place from storm and rain. (Isaiah 4:5,6)
1947
On the 5 November 1998, God spoke to me through a prophetic vision. He showed a building on top of a high mountain. There were other mountains, but this mountain was the highest. Over the building on this mountain was a bright glow so that from very far people could see it and find their way there. I understood that this bright glow was the glory of God over this building. God then gave these four numbers, 1 9 4 7 and said that I would recognize this building by these four numbers.
On the 8 February 1999 as I was in prayer concerning this vision, I asked the Lord Jesus to give me scripture that would confirm and act as foundation. The Holy Spirit said: "Read Isaiah 2:1-5." I had no idea what Isaiah 2 was all about. I went to my study and read these verses: "..... in the last days the mountain of the Lord's temple will be established as chief among the mountains; it will be raised above the hills, and all nations will stream to it ...."
On the 9 February 1999 as I was finished with my prayer time and walking out of my study, I heard the Holy Spirit say: "Go back as I am not yet finished speaking to you. Read Isaiah 4:2-6." I went back and read these verses: ".. Then the Lord will create over all of Mount Zion and over those who assemble there a cloud of smoke by day and a glow of flaming fire by night; over all the glory will be a canopy..." I now had God's word confirming the vision.
For the next 18 months I searched everywhere for this building, looking for the numbers 1 9 4 7. I looked at telephone numbers and any numbers that had 1947 in them. After 18 months of search I picked up the local newspaper and there was an article that said: "Sasolburg's new postal code. The postal code of Sasolburg is changing from 9570 to 1947." I suddenly understood what the building was in the vision; God's glory over Sasolburg.
